Haney Neptunes Aquatic Club

Join us for a focused swim technique workshop designed for experienced speed swimmers. Led by Coach Alex, this session emphasizes technical refinement across all four competitive strokes through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on pool practice.

Workshop Details:

Time: 3:00–6:00 pm

Location: MRLC

• Classroom session in the Alder Room
• In-water session in the competition pool

Cost: $20

Pre-requisite:  

• Speed swimmers in Blue or Yellow maintenance groups
• Speed Swimmers for Summer 2025 season training with Coaches Jimmy, Keenan, or Denys.

The in-water portion will not exceed two hours to ensure BCSSA swimmers can maintain their “S” status.

Practice schedules are expected to remain the same as Fall 2025 and will be officially released via TeamSnap in late December.
